Things You Need to Know

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

All my products are sent via Royal Mail. I have no control over the shipment once Royal Mail takes possession of the order. Each item is carefully packaged in a box and then shipped within a, waterproof mailer.

If you live within the Swansea area and would like to collect your order, please email me after completing your purchase and I will issue a shipping refund.

Refunds - Exchanges - Cancellations

If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can rectify any issues that were caused by an error on my end. Due to the handmade nature of these products, small imperfections are to be expected. Colouring and patterns will differ slightly from what is pictured. This is especially important to remember for abstract designs. Laptop / phone screen displays may alter the colouring slightly. Please be sure to read the product description carefully prior to placing your order.
